Barbera 'Marì' Montepascolo 2022

'Marì' is born from the idea of vinifying white from red grapes with a light pressing. During the pressing, part of the must is frozen and in spring it is combined with the part that has already undergone alcoholic fermentation, thus obtaining a second fermentation in the bottle, which gives the wine a lively and cheerful perlage. The color is an intense rosé, the nose recalls hints of wild strawberries and fresh cherries, while the palate is agile and lively, supported by fine bubbles.
