From our sommeliers

Bardolino Chiaretto 'Traccia di Rosa' Le Fraghe is a fresh rosé wine produced in the province of Verona, in the Bardolino area, overlooking Lake Garda. It ages in cement a few months in contact with fine lees, after cold decanting and spontaneous fermentation. Fresh, fragrant and savory on the finish, the nose offers notes of plum, peach, candied orange and saffron. Perfect to pair with fish dishes or vegetarian first courses

hours in temperature-controlled steel tanks before the spontaneous alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must in controlled temperature concrete tanks. The subsequent maturation phase takes place always in steel on the fine lees for a few months, associated with periodic batonnage, and the wine is finally bottled without undergoing any filtration.

The Chiaretto di Bardolino ‘Traccia Rosa’ from the Le Fraghe winery is a pale pink with light copper reflections. The nose offers fruity notes of plum, white peach, apricot, and flowers, which with further aging evolve into pleasant suggestions of candied orange and saffron. The palate stands out for its freshness and savory vein, as well as for the persistent and elegant progression that recalls the sensations perceived on the nose.
