The Bardolino Classico "Frescaripa" by Masi is a soft, fresh, and fruity red wine, aged only in steel. It emanates subtle sensations of cherries, red fruit, and pepper. On the palate, it is pleasant, light, delicate, round, and refreshing.

The “Frescaripa” by Masi is a Bardolino Classico with a graceful and easily understandable profile. Simplicity is the key word with which the winery interprets this “evergreen” of Venetian viticulture, trying to make it more current and modern thanks to a particularly enveloping sip, which makes it perfect for consumption both at aperitif time and throughout the meal, with land recipes. A label where even the price smiles at us, allowing us to make an adequate stock!

This “Frescaripa” is a Bardolino Classico that comes from a blend of indigenous red grape varieties from the Veronese territory, namely Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella. The clusters reach the harvest phase in excellent condition, presenting themselves healthy and full of aromas and organoleptic properties. After destemming, the selected grapes are gently pressed, and the must obtained from this pressing ferments in stainless steel tanks. The final aging is short, lasting a few months and is carried out in steel; at the end of maturation, the liquid is ready to be bottled and marketed.

The Bardolino Classico "Frescaripa" is a wine that presents itself with a cherry red color, offering a pleasant light to the eye. The bouquet of aromas on the nose outlines a delicate profile, where the small red fruits appear fresh, just picked, enriched by spicier notes and hints reminiscent of the underbrush. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with a round sip that envelops the palate with delicacy, highlighting a typically fruity taste. A label that interprets one of the most classic and well-known types from all of Veneto, told in a more contemporary style, making it particularly captivating at the table.
