The White 'Il Padrone delle Vigne' by Tabarrini is a pleasant and sincere white wine, made from Trebbiano Spoletino and produced near the town of Montefalco. This grape variety gives a certain intensity to a wine made to be light and drinkable: melon, apple and citrus are perceived on the nose, while on the palate there is good freshness, body and a pleasant crispness. On the finish, there are slight earthy notes that suggest pairing with pappardelle with black truffles, truly typical

The "Master of the Vines" White from Tabarrini is produced by the Tabarrini family winery, which has been making wines with passion and dedication in Umbria near Montefalco for four generations. Gianpaolo Tabarrini dedicates passion and expertise to his vineyards, in order to best express the potential of the different vineyards: each Cru is cultivated differently, respecting identity and diversity; there is a continuous search for perfection and new challenges that can give new vitality to the activity, projecting it into the future. The call of family tradition is strong enough to dedicate the name of the wine to grandfather Giovanni.

The Trebbiano Spoletino grapes of the "Master of the Vines" White from Tabarrini come from vineyards planted around 2006 and located about 350 meters above sea level. The soil on which the plants grow is loamy and clayey, giving a well-defined character to the final product. The solar exposure is excellent, given the position of the vineyards to the southeast, allowing the grapes to reach full ripening of the grapes. The harvest is conducted manually; in the winery, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts. It ages for a few months in steel before being bottled.

The "Master of the Vines" White from Tabarrini presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color with golden and brilliant reflections. The aromas recall ripe yellow-fleshed fruits such as melon, plum, and apple, but also notes of hawthorn and citrus in the finish; on the palate, the structure is full-bodied and soft, with good sapidity and freshness that invite sip after sip. It is recommended to pair with first courses seasoned with shellfish and mollusks; sushi and sashimi, and dishes based on seasonal vegetables; excellent also with fresh cheeses. A product to be kept in your personal cellar for every occasion: outdoor gatherings with friends or home lunches in the name of lightness, to enjoy a wine that encapsulates the fruits and values of the Umbrian land and to savor tradition in the glass.
