Bidibi' Maculan 2025
The "Bidibi" by Maculan is a white wine made from Tai Bianco and Sauvignon grapes, produced in the Vicenza area, using only steel tanks. On the nose, it surprises with fresh and intense aromas of exotic fruit, peach, and melon with more herbaceous echoes typical of Sauvignon that recall sage and freshly mown grass. The sip is pleasantly fresh and savory, with a fine and pleasantly mineral finish.
The "Bidibi" by Maculan is a young and pleasantly fresh wine, made from a blend of Tai Bianco, the name given to the Friulano grape variety in the Vicenza area, and Sauvignon Blanc. The harmonious and rich structure of the former and the aromatic freshness of the French grape variety complement and balance each other, creating an easy-drinking wine, particularly suitable for enjoying during aperitif time, with appetizers or delicate dishes.
The white blend "Bidibi" from the Maculan winery represents the synthesis between the soul of the Breganze winery, more connected to the territory, its traditions, and its historic grape varieties, and the more international component of the company, which has successfully experimented with the cultivation of great French grape varieties. The hilly area north of Vicenza has proven to be so suited for viticulture that it can offer a perfect habitat for various indigenous or international grape varieties, both red and white. The grapes undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration lasting a couple of days. At the end of the soft pressing, the flower must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and in hyper-reduction conditions. The wine matures for 6 months in steel tanks before bottling.
The Maculan "Bidibi" from the Veneto winery is a Breganze white with a straightforward, pleasant, and immediate character, suitable for drinking in company during informal moments. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, with slight greenish reflections.
