The Buffalo Trace Kentucky Bourbon is born in one of the most famous distilleries in America, from a grain mixture rich in corn and using the sour mash fermentation method. Aged for a minimum of eight years, it expresses the classic roundness of Kentucky bourbon. On the nose, it is indulgent and warm, with notes of vanilla and caramel, a touch of orange peel, and a spicy hint. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a round warmth and a long finish, ideal neat or in an Old Fashioned.
