The Champagne Brut 'Soleil d'Eden' by Lallement Massonnot is a refined blend predominantly of Pinot Meunier with grapes harvested from prestigious Premier Cru around Reims, to which reserve wines are added, providing complexity and a touch of evolving aromas: on the nose, intense hints of peach are combined with pleasant sensations of candied citrus. On the palate, it is intense, broad, with a generous and smooth sip, a truly fine sparkling wine.

Bright straw yellow with fine perlage.
Scent:
Aromas of white peach, hints of toasted bread, and light notes of candied citrus.
Taste:
Intense and expressive, very fresh with good persistence.
