The Extra Brut Champagne ‘Cuvée 749’ by Jacquesson is a great sparkling wine, the result of a selected blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from the prestigious terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize, and Oiry. Aged for over 3 years on the lees, it integrates 28% of reserve wines from six previous cuvées that amplify its complexity and depth. On the nose, it enchants with notes of fresh citrus, white flowers, and subtle toasted nuances. On the palate, a tense and vibrant experience, saline and iodized, perfect for pairing with sea fish, shellfish, and oysters. An edition of great precision and elegance, expression of a complex vintage masterfully resolved in the cellar
