Champagne Extra Brut with a good intensity and complexity, with buttery notes of yellow fruit and dried fruit, good freshness and persistence, which was founded by three different terroir

The Champagne “Origin’elle” is an Extra Brut that presents itself as a concentrate of personality and bubbles. It is born from a typical blend of the three grape varieties present in the Champagne region, where however, it is the Pinot Meunier, with its 80%, that drives the blend. A product with an ancestral flavor, elegant in its taste development and unforgettable in its dimension on the palate, where the softness is nourished by a particularly satisfying fresh vein. Thanks to the work done by the maison Francois Bedel, a récoltant-manipulant always attentive to creating expressive and identity-filled bottles, resulting from a work approach dedicated to biodynamics. The most important toasts are waiting for this “Origin’elle.”

Champagne “Origin’elle” is born from a skillful blend that the maison Francoise Bedel assembles starting from the three varieties that usually make up Champagne, namely Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The grapes from these three varieties come from different parcels, where silt, clay, and limestone alternate. The vineyards are worked following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, so much so that the winery has obtained certification from the Ecocert body. The grapes, once harvested, are pressed and fermented in barriques before being blended. Then, the re-fermentation in the bottle takes place, as required by the Champenoise Method, and the Champagne remains on its own lees for at least 48 months, after which the disgorging, dosage, and bottling operations are carried out.
