This is how we could summarize this white wine based on Chardonnay, where acidity, softness, and savoriness move in unison, in an absolutely harmonious manner. Thanks to the great work done by the Giannitessari winery, a young production reality in Roncà that focuses entirely on the terroir-grape combination, limiting itself to accompanying this fruitful union throughout the production cycle. This white wine presents the classic aromas of the grape variety used and is characterized by a good structure derived from the quick passage in wood. Chardonnay Giannitessari is made from the grapes, used in purity, of a great international grape variety, Chardonnay. The bunches, coming from Guyot-trained vineyards located in the areas surrounding Verona and the Val d'Alpone, are selected manually during the harvest. The aging takes place for 6 months in oak barrels, after which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
