The Chardonnay 'Willamette Valley' from Domaine Roy is produced with selected grapes from some renowned vineyards of the Willamette Valley. The hand selection and whole cluster pressing yield a medium-bodied, mineral and concentrated wine, with aromas of exotic spices, flint, and citrus in the foreground on the nose. The partial fermentation in barrel and ten months on the lees provide structure and depth. Pair with grilled lobster with citrus butter
