Hervé Villemade's Cheverny Blanc 'Domaine' is a smooth and inviting white wine. It combines the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc with the creaminess of Chardonnay, thanks in part to the malolactic fermentation carried out in its entirety. The nose opens with hints of yellow fruit, complemented by citrus notes and a slight hint of butter on the finish. The palate is enveloping, with a lively freshness throughout and a mineral finish typical of the terroir. Perfect with baked fish with aromatic herbs or lemon chicken escalopes
