The Falanghina 'Fois' from the Cautiero winery comes from the vineyards of Frasso Telesino, near Benevento. Vinification in steel contributes to the development of an intense and fresh profile, with hints of white peach and orange blossom, leading to a citrusy finish. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with a structure that enhances its immediate drinkability. Ideal for accompanying seafood dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, it pairs perfectly with spaghetti with clams
