The Fiano di Avellino by Mastroberardino is a typical white from the Avellino area, interpreted here in all its natural freshness. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks to give enveloping aromas of white-fleshed fruit, almond, hazelnut, and white flowers to the nose, and to surprise the palate with a delicate and slender sip with interesting floral notes.

Fiano di Avellino is an exceedingly versatile wine thanks to its linear structure, making it perfect as a bottle to drink even every day, especially considering the price at which it is offered by the Mastroberardino winery. Fresh and easy to drink, it is characterized by an interesting floral vein, which is more easily perceived on the nose but also makes an appearance in the final aftertaste on the palate. A Fiano that, among its various merits, also has the ability to take center stage at the table when paired with different dishes and recipes.

The Fiano di Avellino by Mastroberardino is made from grapes cultivated within the estate of Manocalzati and Montefalcione. The soils in this area are located about 400 meters above sea level, predominantly on medium-textured soils, with a southeast-facing exposure. The Fiano di Avellino vines are trained by the winery team using the trellis system. The bunches, after harvesting, are immediately taken to the rooms designated for vinification, where they are destemmed. The obtained grapes are sent to the pressing phase, and the must ferments in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature.in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. After bottling, the wine remains for a few months to mature in glass before being released on the market.

This Fiano di Avellino develops in the glass with a bright straw-yellow soul. On the nose, there is a progression of fresh notes, where fruit, including nuts, alternates with scents that bring us back to flowers. On the palate, it is light-bodied, smooth, and lively thanks to a pleasantly fresh sip; it finishes with a floral aftertaste. A label with which Mastroberardino simply interprets the fundamental traits of one of the most important denominations in all of Campania.
