Fleurie 'Les Moriers' by Gregoire Hoppenot is born in one of the most renowned crus of Beaujolais, in the northernmost area of the region, close to the Moulin-à-Vent denomination. The producer has gained extensive experience as a négociant, a figure who selects and purchases grapes or wines from various vineyards to then blend and market them, thus developing a deep knowledge of the best parcels in the area. The harvest is done exclusively by hand, while traditional whole cluster vinification promotes greater aromatic finesse and a particularly faithful expression of the fruit. Aromas of small red fruits, flowers, and slight spicy nuances accompany a fresh, balanced sip supported by delicate tannins. Best paired with a herb-roasted veal.
