The apples are hand-picked and immediately processed to preserve the fresh fragrance and aromas of the fruit. The "Granny Smith" Apple Juice by Abbazia di Novacella is made from apples of the homonymous variety harvested in the orchards owned by the Abbey. With a slightly cloudy golden color, it has a very fragrant and pleasantly sweet aromatic profile, with hints that recall fresh and crunchy apple pulp. On the palate it is very refreshing, light and invigorating, with acidic hints typical of the apple variety
