Gruner Veltliner Ebner 2024

The Grüner Veltliner from Ebner is a white wine made from the eponymous grape variety, not so common in Alto Adige. The Ebner winery has been cultivating this variety for generations, the vineyards are about thirty years old and are trained with the traditional Trentino pergola. On the nose, it presents aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit with the typical spicy note of white pepper attributable to the variety. On the palate, it is rich and soft, while also possessing a pleasant freshness and pronounced minerality. These elements derive from the meeting of the Alpine breezes and the soils rich in porphyry and quartz, which give us a wine of great finesse.
