The Gewurztraminer "Turckheim" by Zind Humbrecht is a dry and smooth white wine from Alsace, born from old vines in a stony soil. The bouquet is intense, rich in spicy, floral and fruity notes. The taste is dry and creamy, with a good freshness

calcareous profile. The harvest is carried out manually and allows for a selection of the bunches at the time of picking. The alcoholic fermentation on the must obtained from pressing the grapes takes place through the action of the indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins. A few months of aging on its own yeasts makes it ready for bottling.

Zind Humbrecht Gewurztraminer “Turckheim” has a pale and luminous straw-yellow color. The aroma is intense and unfolds like a fan revealing a series of fruity, floral, spicy scents and the mineral notes of flint and silica. On the palate, it confirms the intensity and expansive personality, finely managed by savoriness and freshness. It is decidedly dry, presented in a soft and velvety sip. It represents one of the best expressions of the Alsatian winemaking tradition.
