‘Huna’ by Agricola La Torre comes from vines from the Sixties. In the cellar, seventy percent of the red grapes spend contact with the skins for just one night, a choice that brings it closer to the world of rosés. On the nose, small red fruits and balsamic notes, on the palate it is fresh, savory, and highly drinkable. It pairs well with lake fish and white meats.
