The Heights wine from Yarden is a sweet wine from Israel made from frozen Gewurztraminer grapes, harvested late in winter in the Heights of Golan at -17°C. It is a very rich and intense Ice Wine, with exuberant aromas of dehydrated exotic fruit, lychee, honey and sweet spices. The taste is sweet, long and concentrated, balanced by a nice saltiness.
