The Passito di Pantelleria from the Rallo winery is a sweet wine that well expresses the character of one of Sicily's most famous volcanic islands. The bush-trained vines are grown in the historic Bugeber district, one of the most evocative areas on the island. The nose has intense aromas of ripe apricot, citrus, and other dried fruits, with a honeyed finish. On the palate it is enveloping, sweet but also very fresh. Perfect companion for Sicilian desserts or mature cheeses
