Pignoletto 'Sasso' from the Orsi winery is an 'orange' produced by a dynamic winery in the hills of Bologna. A wine that tells the story of the territory through minimal impact vinified with a short maceration and spontaneous fermentation. The winery is accustomed to working its whites with a rest on the lees that gives structure and roundness. An authentic sip with scents of ripe fruit and hints of Mediterranean scrub, a soft and pleasantly 'funky' sip, with great juiciness
