The Pinot Noir by Giannitessari is a young and immediate Veneto red wine, with excellent balance, vinified in steel and briefly aged in large oak barrels. It emanates hints of cherries and small red fruits and offers a round, fruity, fresh, pleasant, and harmonious sip.

The Pinot Nero by Giannitessari is a wine that originates from the gentle hills of Veneto. It is an interpretation of the great Burgundy grape variety in the sign of youthful freshness and fruity fragrance. It is a red with a simple face and a pleasantly flowing and immediate sip. It is a nimble red that pairs easily at the table with many dishes, thanks to its great delicacy and expressive finesse. Its aromas of small red fruits, light floral and spicy nuances impress with elegance and harmony.

The Giannitessari Pinot Nero is produced by a recently established winery, but it can count on the great experience and knowledge of the territory of owner Gianni Tessari. It is no coincidence that the estate has vineyards in some of the most vocated areas of Veneto: the Monti Lessini to produce Metodo Classico, Soave for whites, and the Monti Berici for international red grape varieties. The love for Pinot Nero has driven Gianni Tessari to confront this difficult grape. As a great connoisseur of wines and the lands of Veneto, he did not want to try to create a French style, but preferred to follow the nature of the territory and the climate of the place, to produce a terroir wine that was an authentic and sincere expression of his vineyards.

French, but preferred to follow the nature of the territory and the climate of the place, to produce a terroir wine that was an authentic and sincere expression of his vineyards.

The Pinot Nero wine from the Veronese winery Giannitessari is a red characterized by a profile that well reflects the varietal notes of the Burgundy grape and the peculiarities of a very vocated territory, thanks to limestone soils and rocks of ancient volcanic origin. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are sent for fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with a maceration on the skins of about ten days. Before proceeding to bottling, it matures for 6 months in large oak barrels. In the glass, it presents a ruby red color with slight youthful violet reflections. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of cherry, small red berries, floral hints, and subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with subtle aromas and juicy fruit. The tannins are soft, and the finish expresses a pleasant mineral freshness. It is a Pinot Nero in its clear essentiality.
