The Pinot Noir "Les Varrons" is a small jewel from Jura with a straightforward, fine, and delicate profile. It takes on a refined ruby red color, releasing aromas of cherry, berries, red flowers, spices, and earthy hints. On the palate, it is composed, elegant, and deep, with a very fine tannin and appreciable mineral freshness. Pure class!

The Pinot Noir “Les Varrons” from Domaine Labet is a very elegant label with great finesse, expressing the best characteristics of refined freshness of the noble Burgundy grape variety. The cool climate, good temperature variations, and highly suitable soils of the French Jura region give rise to a subtle red that captivates with the fragrance of aromas of small red berries and a delicate profile. It is a label that highlights the best varietal characteristics of the grape within a unique and undiscovered context.

The “Les Varrons” is a pure Pinot Noir, produced by Domaine Labet in a beautiful estate cultivated under organic farming practices. The Pinot Noir vines are the precious result of an accurate mass selection, which has allowed for the replication of the best plants of the estate, capable of producing clusters with the richest and most concentrated aromas. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 250 meters above sea level, facing east, on prized calcareous soils. At the end of the harvest, red winemaking proceeds with spontaneous fermentation and the use of only indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the wine matures in previously used French oak barriques, so that they do not impart wood notes to the wine.

The Pinot Noir “Les Varrons” from Domaine Labet is the pure expression of a great terroir. A version that allows you to discover an unusual face of the great French red, different from the classic interpretations of Burgundy. In the glass, it presents a bright light ruby red color. On the nose, it is characterized by a bouquet with aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries, red currants, pomegranate, blood orange, delicately spicy hints, floral nuances, and vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a fine and velvety tannic texture and aromas crafted with great expressive finesse. The finish is savory, persistent, and vibrantly fresh.  It is a splendid northern Pinot Noir, all played on refined nuances.
