Col Dorato's Prosecco Extra Dry is a selection that originates in Rai di San Polo di Piave, in the Treviso area. The Glera grapes grow on soils where clayey and sandy soils with gravelly traits give great richness. The Martinotti sparkling process accentuates the fragrance of the grapes and yields a graceful, fresh wine. The nose first reveals acacia flowers, green apple and fascinating grapefruit zest.
