The ‘Raicanuda’ from Tenuta Ca’ Sciampagne is produced from only white grapes, treated minimally throughout the year and only with organic products. The harvest is done by hand in boxes, and the bunches, once transferred to the winery, are destemmed and placed to ferment spontaneously thanks to the sole intervention of indigenous yeasts, with 14 days of maceration on the skins. Throughout the entire winemaking process, the mass does not undergo clarifications or filtrations.
