"Raphael" from the Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne winery in the Marche region is a bold and tasty macerated white wine that is perfect for surprising your guests. Only hand-selected white grapes are used for its production and spontaneous fermentation, maceration on the skins goes on for 21 days. The bright orange colour illuminates the glass while delicate aromas of fresh fruit, spices and herbaceous sensations enchant the nose. The taste is firm, full, mineral and with a long finish.

'Raphael' represents a full and eccentric macerated white wine made by Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne, a winemaking reality from the Marche region that stands out for its authentic and artisanal viticultural approach. The name of the winery, founded in 2008 on the outskirts of Urbino, comes from the cadastral locality where most of the vineyards are planted. The range of wines offered is wide and varied, including whites, orange wine, rosés, reds, as well as bottle-fermented and passito wines, all united by being produced in respect of the land and the consumer, as well as the long tradition of the place. The charming and unique label recalls the back of postcards.

Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne 'Raphael' comes from a blend of white grape varieties, grown under certified organic conditions on clay-limestone soils rich in minerals. Following manual harvesting and meticulous selection of the bunches, there is partial destemming and then spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, with as much as 21 days of contact between the must and the skins. Throughout the entire winemaking process, the mass does not undergo clarification, filtration, or any correction.

To the eye, the orange wine 'Raphael' from Tenuta Ca' Sciampagne expresses a radiant bright orange hue. The aromas are delicate and articulated, with notes of ripe fruit, citrus, and almond, combined with pleasant vegetal and spicy descriptors. Full and decisive on the palate, where seductive aromaticity and marked mineral vein come together in a lasting finish. 'Raphael' is an original interpretation capable of delighting the senses with its affable and energetic personality at the same time, to be served at a not too cold temperature, perhaps in combination with seafood dishes of strong flavor.
