Premiata Distilleria Fabbri's Ratafià is the result of combining pure Amarena Fabbri cherry juice with Sangiovese di Romagna wine. A sweet liqueur that is distinctive of its territory, with a deep structure despite its relatively low alcohol content. It explodes with sweetness and hints of black cherry. It pairs well with desserts and mature cheeses, and is perfect with a chocolate tart
