The Roero Arneis ‘Donna Ida’ by Poderi Luigi Einaudi is a tribute to the wife of Luigi Einaudi, President of the Republic and passionate winemaker. Made with grapes from the municipalities of Canale and Monteu Roero, this white wine stands out for its stay on the fine lees with stirring for a maximum of two months. On the nose, delicate herbal notes emerge with typical hints of white peach and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it reveals itself pleasantly harmonious, amiable, and fresh, with appreciable persistence. Excellent with raw fish appetizers and Piedmontese vitello tonnato.
