"Per Franco" is a semi-sparkling rosè wine produced with the ancestral method, that is through the refermentation in the bottle. It is lively, taught and dynamic, dry and refreshing, with hints of white flowers, strawberry and bread crust

"Per Franco" is a sparkling and original interpretation of Bergianti, a classic method of rare elegance and pleasantness of drink. Gianluca Bergianti, custodian of 4 hectares of vineyard in Modena, is a producer with clear ideas and a deep knowledge of the vineyard and the work in the cellar. Indeed, because Gianluca, a convinced supporter of the biodynamic approach and advocate of biodiversity, brings to life expressions endowed with a vitality and a taste cleanliness that are extraordinary, even without adding sulfur to many of his wines. The secret? None, or rather a meticulous work in the cellar, where the cleanliness of the environments is prioritized. The result is surprising and truly unique!

The Classic Method Rosé Per Franco is obtained from red grapes coming from plants cultivated on clayey soil. As already mentioned, Gianluca's approach, both among the rows and in the cellar, is aimed at the least possible intervention and the free expression of grape varieties and terroir. After the manual selection of the grapes and destemming, the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in cement tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle. No clarification or filtration and a minimal addition of sulfur at bottling.

The wine Per Franco appears in the glass with a captivating intense rosé and a thin and delicate foam. Nose of unsuspected finesse, which combines the winey character of the red grape with a much more refined texture, where hints of wild strawberries, cherries, slightly rustic notes, and wildflowers can be recognized. The liquid "shoots" all its arrows on the palate, where it reveals itself to be tense, juicy, and crunchy at the same time, fading into savory returns that extend its persistence. Touching quality-price ratio, for a wine that we recommend buying by the case. Impossible to regret!
