Soave Classico 'Ca' Visco' Coffele 2025

The Soave Classico "Ca' Visco" by Coffele is a wine that embodies the heritage of this winery born from the marriage of the two families Visco and Coffele. A wine that tells the passion of this dynamic winery in the pursuit of territoriality and excellence. Garganega and a smaller percentage of Trebbiano di Soave make up the base of the cuvée that composes the wine.

The vineyards are located between 150 and 450 meters above sea level, in the Classic hilly area, and are managed according to the organic regulations, also using horses as a driving force in the vineyard, both to move the soil and to fertilize it with the organic waste of the animals themselves. In the preparation of the compost, the pomace resulting from the winemaking processes is also used. The winemaking process begins with the separate fermentation of the must obtained from the pressing of the grapes, in steel tanks. It is followed by a single racking and a single filtration, and the wine matures for 4 months in steel. Before bottling, the cuvée is assembled and the wine remains in refine in the bottle.

The Soave Classico "Ca' Visco" is of an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, one can sense fragrant notes of citrus and cedar, fresh flowers, peach, and elderflower, with a finish that recalls a hint of minerality. On the palate, the entry is soft, but immediately followed by a lean freshness, never disordered. Savory, clean, round, persistent, and almond-like.
