"Thea Bianco" is an original and rich interpretation of the French grape Petit Manseng in Romagna, obtained through vinification and aging in steel. It has a generous, structured and engaging personality: hints of chamomile, aromatic herbs, candied fruit and yellow fruit combine in a tasting experience marked by softness, warmth, body, intensity and persistence.

The Thea Bianco from Tre Monti is a label that represents an original and rich interpretation of the French grape Petit Manseng in Romagna, of which only a few bottles are produced annually. A work, that of the Navacchia family, focused on the continuous search for quality and experimentation, which is fully expressed in this label. A completely innovative version of an unusual grape to find in the productions of this Italian territory and which, paradoxically, seems to express all its potential. The structure, freshness, and remarkable sapidity of this wine can guarantee it a good aging potential, uncommon for a white.

'Thea' by Tre Monti is made from Petit Manseng grapes coming from certified organic vineyards located in Vigna della Lago, in the Podere di Imola, at 150 meters above sea level, on clayey soils. The harvest is done manually at the end of October. The winemaking is carried out in steel tanks, after a cold maceration for one night. It is then aged for at least 12 months in steel before going into bottle and being subsequently put on the market. Thus is born one of the most surprising and interesting expressions of the Imola territory, Romagna's interpretation of an unusual French grape.

Tre Monti 'Thea Bianco' has a generous, structured, and engaging personality. It presents itself in a bright and intense golden yellow color. On the nose, it is immediately floral, explosive, with hints of acacia and notes of jasmine. The sip is creamy, velvety, dry, intense, and enveloping, with a subtle freshness and a persistent finish with distinct floral notes. Ideal to pair with meat or fish first courses and white meats. Excellent to drink young, it can have a beautiful evolution if left to rest for several years in the cellar. For curious palates in search of expressions of great character, capable of amazing and surprising sip after sip.
