The '0.0%' White is a dealcoholised wine produced by the historic Zaccagnini winery. The alcohol is removed through a vacuum evaporation process, followed by condensation. During this phase, the aromas that develop are recovered and reintegrated into the final product, thus maintaining the characteristics and peculiarities of the original wine. Fresh, balanced and fruity, it is ideal to serve during an aperitif!
