'TU' ROSATO CANTINA GIARDINO DESCRIPTION

Cantina Giardino's 'Tu' Rosato is a delicious and irresistible rosé made from a short maceration of red grapes. One of the latest releases from the Ariano Irpino winery, it immediately captivates for its immediate drinkability and light-heartedness while never being simple or obvious. On the other hand, when speaking of Cantina Giardino, one is referring to an institution for producing liquids with an engaging personality and a very high emotional value, didactic, to understand the most intimate dimension of artisanal wine fully. Traditional vines such as Aglianico, Fiano, Greco, Coda Di Volpe and Falanghina are therefore to be found among the hectares under vine, with some vines reaching almost 100 years of age cultivated without any chemical or synthetic intervention. The liquids share a vital, straightforward, yet extremely multifaceted style from the most everyday wines like this rosé to the top wines.

The rosé 'Tu' is obtained from a short maceration of red grapes from vineyards located at an altitude of 700 metres. In the vineyard, agriculture is practised free of any chemical or synthetic substances, using only a little copper, sulphur and natural preparations. In the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and a short 2-day maceration on the skins take place without the wine undergoing clarification or filtration before bottling.

The rosé 'Tu' presents itself in the glass with a bewitchingly intense and full pink colour. The nose is fresh and fruity, characterised by hints of berries, wild herbs, dark spices and sulphurous hints. On tasting, the liquid reveals itself to be crisp and juicy, splendid from a gastronomic perspective, and enlivened by an invigorating freshness. Simplicity is never banal, and the case is the only recommended format.
