“Numero Chiuso” is the most important and structured Vermentino from the Lunae winery, aged for 28 months on fine lees between steel and large oak barrels. It emanates intense aromas of fruit, yellow flowers, aromatic herbs, and butter. The taste is rich, intense, structured, fresh, and very savory, with great balance.

The Vermentino “Numero Chiuso” from the Ligurian winery Lunae Bosoni is a white of absolute excellence, rightfully ranking among the best labels of national production. It is a prestigious label, produced in a limited number of numbered bottles, representing the qualitative peak of a producer who has made Vermentino his flagship wine. A strict selection of the best grapes from the estate and a long maturation process allow the Vermentino to achieve a remarkable level of aromatic complexity, preserving a freshness and salinity that are characteristic of the territory.

The white Vermentino “Numero Chiuso” is a wine that captivates for its quality level and for the perfect expression of the best characteristics of the grape variety. The Bosoni family has been cultivating vineyards in the hilly area on the border between Liguria and Tuscany for 5 generations, creating labels with an authentic face, a true expression of the terroir. This ancient variety, which loves sun and wind, has found ideal conditions in the Colli di Luni area to produce great wines. If we combine the favorable climate with the experience of a great winery like Lunae Bosoni, which has always been committed to enhancing the grape varieties and territory of Lunigiana, we have a high-quality wine that has nothing to envy from the most famous whites of our peninsula.

favorable, we combine the experience of a great winery like Lunae Bosoni, which has always been committed to enhancing the grape varieties and territory of Lunigiana, and thus a high-quality wine is born, which has nothing to envy from the most famous whites of our peninsula.

The “Numero Chiuso” Vermentino from Lunae Bosoni is an extraordinary white, born in the Colli di Luni area. The wonderful sunny exposures, always ventilated and kissed by the mild climate of this corner of Liguria, provide grapes that are aromatically very intense and balanced. At the end of the harvest, the best bunches undergo a cold maceration of 48 hours and are then gently pressed. The free-run must ferments in steel tanks. The wine matures for 14 months in steel and for another 14 months in large oak barrels before being bottled. In the glass, it has a golden color with bright, luminous reflections. On the nose, it is intense and elegant, with fragrant aromas of yellow fruit, aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, tropical and floral hints, on a iodized background. The sip is complex and deep, satisfying and saline, anticipating a refreshing finish.
