The philosophy of Baldo Baldinini, master perfumer and alchemist who founded Dibaldo, has led him to specialize in creating spirits and beverages from self-produced essences crafted in an artisanal manner. Everything takes place in the olfactory room, an almost mystical place that holds the extracts of the botanicals selected by Baldo, stored in small containers of various kinds in what resembles the studio of a past alchemist. For the drafting of his recipes, he uses scores specifically designed to meet the need to transcribe studies and discoveries in an appropriate language.
