In the estate, the historically present grape varieties in the area are cultivated: Grillo, Moscato d'Alessandria, Catarratto, and Perricone. The very windy Mediterranean climate of the extreme western tip of Sicily and the coastal soils, characterized by sands, sandstones, and limestone, have proven perfect for quality viticulture and particularly for the Grillo grape, which expresses itself here at levels of absolute excellence.
