The Bourbon Whiskey produced by Angel’s Envy Distillery is a label that encapsulates all the spirit and tradition of Kentucky Whisky, smooth, fruity, and intensely spiced. It originates in Louisville and is the pure expression of American taste, created to impart a more alluring nuance and greater aromatic richness to the traditional Scottish distillate. The choice of very toasted noble woods and a finish in Port barrels give it this characteristic of sweet taste pleasure. It is excellent to drink neat or on the rocks, but it shines in mixology, as an ingredient for cocktails and long drinks.

Angel’s Envy Bourbon Whiskey is born from a processing process that begins with a selection of excellent barley malt. Once the preparatory phases are completed, the distillation still takes place today in small batches of 8-12 barrels at a time, ensuring care inspired by the artisanal origins of the activity. Everything takes place under the watchful eye of expert master distillers, in order to obtain a Whisky with an elegant profile and particularly aromatic notes.intense. The aging takes place for about 6 years in high-toasted American oak barrels, which have a charred interior. The use of wood treated in this way allows the distillate to mature, developing smoothness and a pleasant spicy connotation, which characteristically marks its aromatic profile. For the last six months of the aging process, French oak barrels imported directly from Portugal are used, previously utilized for aging Port. A final touch that contributes to giving fruity sweetness to the Bourbon.
