The Irish Whisky Roe & Coe is inspired by the character of the blended produced in Dublin during the XIX century by a historic distillery called George Roe & Co. It is a smooth and creamy spirit, rich in sweet notes of fruits, vanilla, chocolate and spices, also due to the aging in fist-fill American oak barrels
The Irish Whisky produced by George Roe & Co. presents itself visually with a rich and concentrated golden yellow color. Interesting and elegant on the nose, it develops a progression of fruity notes and sweet spices, also enriched by hints of enveloping balsamic herbs. On the palate, it has a medium structure, very pleasing, with a dry and crisp sip, also characterized by a good tannic grip on the finish, which promises excellent persistence. A flavorful and versatile distillate, perfect for preparing both classic cocktails and more innovative ones.
