The Single Malt Whisky "Skye" is produced by the famous and ancient Talisker distillery, the only one on the Isle of Skye, located not far from the coast of the Highlands of northwestern Scotland. The Talisker distillery is located in Carbost, a small village situated almost at the end of the narrow and deep fjord of Loch Harport, on the western coastline of the island.
