Domaine Ratte's 'Clos Maire' is an Arbois wine that plays on freshness and fruit expression. It is made from Trousseau and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the same vineyard, row by row: a full expression of the craftsmanship of the area. In the cellar, it undergoes semi-carbonic maceration, which gives it vigour, fragrance and immediacy. The nose is dominated by crisp red fruit, while the palate is agile, juicy and smooth, with great dynamism. Ideal with spicy dishes and grilled meats such as peppered entrecôte
