The Bardolino Classico by Casaretti is a Veneto red with a fresh, fragrant profile and pleasant drinkability. It originates from the morainic hills of Bardolino Classico, near Lake Garda, from vineyards cultivated with Guyot and Pergola Veronese that are also up to 60 years old. The winemaking involves only destemmed and not crushed grapes, with spontaneous fermentation in steel and subsequent aging in the same material to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the balance of the sip. On the nose, hints of small red fruits, notes of violet and rose petals, and delicate spicy nuances emerge. The sip is fresh, balanced, with soft tannins and a pleasantly savory finish. It pairs well with risotto al tastasal veronese
