Nadia Curto's Barolo Magnum 'Arborina' is an elegant Piedmontese wine, produced with great skill by the Curto winery in the heart of the Langhe. Careful, modern winemaking, with spontaneous fermentation, very short maceration and aging in small barrels, results in an intense, ethereal Barolo, which impresses the nose with a floral and slightly spicy bouquet, and envelops the palate with a warm, full sip. Ideal to drink immediately, young, fresh and dynamic, or to leave in the cellar a few years, to discover, with time, its incredible evolutionary potential

The Barolo “Arborina” by Nadia Curto, in the Magnum version, is a bottle not to be missed. An unmissable opportunity for great enthusiasts, collectors, or simply for a convivial dinner among lovers of great wines from the Langhe. It is the pure expression of the famous cru Arborina of La Morra, offered in a large format that allows the wine to evolve more slowly, layering depth and complexity over time. A splendid label that enhances the exceptional character of the grapes and the terroir, also thanks to a balanced aging in noble woods, which enrich the varietal profile of Nebbiolo with interesting tertiary nuances.

Barolo Magnum “Arborina” is born in the estate of Nadia Curto, located in the Annunziata district of La Morra. It is a family-run business that has been cultivating vineyards in the Langhe for several generations, but only in recent decades has begun to bottle its own wine to best enhance an excellent raw material. The Arborina vineyard is situated at an altitude between 270 and 300 meters above

sea level. The area is characterized by a mild and breezy climate and the presence of soils composed of Sant’Agata marls, among the most suitable for the cultivation of Nebbiolo. The harvest is done manually, and the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts and a classic skin maceration. The wine ages for 24 months in French oak barriques and is bottled without filtration.

The Barolo “Arborina” in Magnum version, from the Piedmontese winery of Nadia Curto, is a high-level red, a true interpreter of the magical union between a noble grape variety and a great terroir. In the glass, it presents a light garnet red color with slight orange reflections. The bouquet expresses floral aromas of dried flowers, aromatic herbs, spicy hints on a fruity background of red currant, sour cherry, and raspberry. Harmonious and deep, it has dense and ripe tannins and offers the pleasure of a subtle and complex sip, leading to a long, persistent finish with good freshness.
