Barolo Chinato from Fratelli Alessandria is a flavoured wine that combines tradition and refinement. The starting base is fine Barolo that is infused with 35 herbs and spices including cinnamon, liquorice and the China Calissaia that gives its name to this typical product of the Langhe. Garnet red in colour with orange highlights, the nose is intense and spicy, with fruity and vegetal notes that intertwine with great persistence. On the palate it is soft, velvety and with a great balance between warmth and freshness. Typically consumed as a digestive, it is perfect as a meditation wine or to accompany fine dark chocolate
