Beer 'Nazionale' Baladin - 75cl
ArtisanalBlonde Ale "Nazionale" by Baladin, as its name suggests, is a 100% italian beer realized with malt from barley grown in Melfi and hops from Cussiano. An harmonius mariage between citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and malts accents that drive to an easy, clean and intense sip, thirst quenching with an alcohol content perfectly balanced by bergamot and camomille undertones
Baladin Nazionale Beer is a Blonde Ale-style beer, 100% Italian. Ale beers are top-fermented, and Nazionale stands out because it is made with barley malt produced in Basilicata, on the Melfi estate, and with Piedmontese hops grown in the fields of the Cussanio Agricultural School. It is a medium-strength beer with a delicate profile and a light, smooth, and easy-drinking palate, characterized by soft fruity and malty aromas with good persistence. Its refined and elegant character makes it highly versatile at the table, pairing well with seafood main courses, lean and delicate meats, or medium-aged cheeses.
The “Nazionale” beer from the Piedmont-based brewery Baladin has been produced since 2011 exclusively with Italian ingredients, strengthening its territorial identity in contrast to the global beer market, which is dominated by ingredients sourced from all over the world. The recipe includes barley malt, hops, citrus peels, and a blend of spices. The beer is bottled and sold without being pasteurized or filtered. It is a beer with layered aromas, great harmony, and balance, showcasing the skills of master brewer Teo Musso, founder of the Baladin brewery. Although the activity began in the second half of the 1990s with just a few bottles, Baladin has now earned the respect of craft beer enthusiasts thanks to a range of high-quality labels.
Baladin Nazionale Beer is the result of a carefully balanced blend of ingredients. In the glass, it appears deep yellow in color, slightly hazy, with a fairly persistent white foam. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of wildflowers, chamomile, citrus peel, and delicate spices over a soft malty background. On the palate, it is harmonious and fruity, with a balanced, low-alcohol sip, featuring notes of bergamot and subtle vegetal hints. It is a beer that stands out for its finesse and exceptional drinkability.
