The Bianco by Chateau Musar is a structured, wide and full-bodied white wine, produced from ancient grape types in Mount Lebanon, vinified and aged in barrique for 6 months. The perfumes are rich, with hints of ripe citrus and exotic fruits. The taste is dense, oily, smooth and fresh

The White wine from Château Musar is characterized by being a product of great character and personality, ideal for a unique tasting experience, with ancient archaic charm. We are in Lebanon, where viticulture has been practiced since time immemorial. Château Musar aims to safeguard this long tradition and a highly suited terroir, not using any chemical products in the vineyard. Also for this philosophy, this white wine is decidedly expressive, rich in genuine aromas and flavors, typical of wines made with artisanal methods.

The White signed by Château Musar is the result of a wise blend that includes Obaideh and Merwah. These are two varieties whose age is around 70 years, growing on own-rooted vines in a terroir characterized by gravel and silt, located about 1300 meters above sea level. In the vineyards, where yields are very low, the work is carried out following the principles of organic farming. The grapes, once harvested, are gently pressed, and then fermented spontaneously in spontaneous mode, in steel containers and in barriques. Then we move on to aging, which takes place in three stages: 6 months in barriques, 2 months in steel, and after bottling, 48 months in glass. This bottle is then capable of evolving positively in the cellar for many years.

This Château Musar is a White wine that, upon visual examination, presents itself with a typical golden yellow color. The nose is very interesting, highlighting penetrating and enveloping aromas, centered on notes of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate, it has excellent body, almost tactile and chewable, with a harmonious sip characterized by a pleasant freshness. A very interesting label, to be tasted to learn about a productive reality, Château Musar, located in an area, the Lebanese Bekaa Valley, where there are testimonies of viticulture dating back over 6000 years.
