The White ‘Ninfa del Nera’ by Annesanti is a blend of Grechetto, Malvasia, and Trebbiano Toscano from Valnerina. The name refers to the Nera river, which flows in the valley a few kilometers from the Marmore Falls. A portion of the grapes macerates briefly on the skins, and then rests for six months in steel, without clarification or filtration. On the nose, aromas of pear, yellow apple, and white flowers emerge, with a mineral touch. The sip is dry, fresh, and savory, with great drinkability. Perfect with a seafood risotto
