The American IPA 'Euphoria' from Birrificio Cala is a beer with a strong character and full flavor, built on the meeting of a Pale Ale malt and a selection of American hops, a blend created by the master brewers of Cala. On the nose, it opens with intense notes of peach, grapefruit, and tropical fruits, lively and seductive. On the palate, the body is full and enveloping, with the bitterness of the hops balancing the richness of the malt in a long and satisfying sip. Perfect with fish or al pastor tacos.
