The Gluten-Free Lager 'Giubilo' by Birrificio Cala is the twin sister of the other lager from the brewery, 'Passione', which shares the same soul but is distinguished by the complete absence of gluten. On the nose, it expresses clean notes of cereals, a slight floral hint, and a light and inviting fragrance. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, with lively carbonation and a dry, thirst-quenching finish. Ideal when paired with a margherita pizza or a fish fry.
