Bitter Bianco 'BBB' DiBaldo - 50cl
Bitter Bianco 'BBB' is Baldo Baldinini's unusual interpretation of the aperitif scene. Made with a base of white wine from the Marche region, alcohol, sugar and an infusion of over 25 carefully crafted aromatic herbs. A journey that goes from sweet to bitter with rich initial Mediterranean and citrus notes that evolve on the palate in fruity hints, bitter notes and persistent spicy ecnni. A label to be served with plenty of ice to express all its aromatic tonality.
The Bitter Bianco Aperitivo ‘BBB’ by Dibaldo is a white wine flavored with complex and seductive aromas that reflects the personal interpretation of the bitter aperitif branded by Baldo Baldinini, suspended between perfumery and mixology. With passion, this talented perfumer and alchemist has charted a unique path of sensory exploration, sensitivity to aromas, and in-depth studies that led him in 2020 to be named Master of Art and Craft by the Cologni Foundation and Alma. Baldo has combined this constant search and olfactory experimentation with the art of taste and spirits, giving rise to exceptional distillates and liqueurs. At the heart of his production lies a strict selection of the best raw materials, whether they are plants, flowers, herbs, roots, or barks.
The Bitter Bianco ‘BBB’ Dibaldo Aperitivo originates from a base of white wine from the Marche produced from organic farming, enriched with a mixture of sugar, alcohol, and an infusion of over 25 carefully selected and artisanally processed aromatic herbs and spices. Throughout the entire production process Dibaldo does not use chemical additives, artificial colorings, caramel, or burnt sugar.
Dibaldo Aperitivo ‘BBB’ Bitter Bianco has a delicate amber color. On the nose, there are alternating scents of Mediterranean citrus, candied orange blossoms, essential oils, oriental peppers, and notes of fresh summer fruit. The taste is balanced between enveloping sweetness and pleasant bitter sensations in a fresh, concentrated, spicy, and persistent progression. The producer himself recommends enjoying the Bitter Bianco ‘BBB’ cold, neat, or mixed, perhaps paired with sparkling wines or sodas for an unusual Spritz.
